Quetzal … Dann möchte ich jetzt darauf zu sprechen kommen, was die Seuchen-Pandemie betrifft, denn wie ich diesbezüglich informiert wurde und ich selbst nachgelesen habe, wurde alles, was du mit Ptaah in bezug auf diese Sache besprochen hast, auf einer Webseite öffentlich zugänglich gemacht, was auch so sein soll mit dem, was wir jetzt besprechen werden. Wenn ich alles überdenke, was ich bisher weiss, dann wird auch das von Bedeutung und wichtig zur Bekanntmachung sein, was nunmehr gesagt wird. |

Wenn nämlich in allen Staaten auf der Erde von den Staatsfungierenden nur halbwegs das Notwendige getan wird, um der Seuche Einhalt zu gebieten, dann besteht keinerlei Chance, die Pandemie zum Erliegen zu bringen. Doch von dir möchte ich wissen, wie du die für die gesamte Sicherheit der Bevölkerung der Schweiz verantwortlichen Staatsführungsfungierenden in bezug auf deren stehen, warum ihr die ganzen Ausführungen zur Sprache gebracht habt, die ich als Ehre auffasse und euch meinen Dank dafür ausspreche, auch wenn ich mich irgendwie beschämt fühle, weil ich mich mit Lob usw. nicht anfreunden kann, sondern mich dabei irgendwie Intelligentum sowie deren Verantwortungsbewusstsein beurteilst. |
If the state officials of all the countries in the world do only half of what is necessary in order to stop the rampantly spreading disease, then there is no chance of stopping the pandemic. But I would like to know from you how you assess the government officials responsible for the overall safety of the population of Switzerland in terms of their Intelligentum and their sense of responsibility. |
Billy … – – Du hast eine interessante Bezeichnung für die Regierenden benutzt: Staatsfungierende. Diesen Ausdruck werde ich mir merken. Aber eben, wie jedem das Seine, so auch jedem seine eigenen verbalen Ausdrücke. Doch du er-fragst etwas von mir, Quetzal, was ich nicht beurteilen kann, denn ich kenne die Regierenden der Schweiz nicht persönlich, folglich ich weder ihre Persönlichkeit, noch ihren Charakter oder ihr Intelligentum beurteilen kann. Was ich aber beurteilen kann, das ist ihr saumässig dummes und also unbedachtes, kindisches, unfähiges Handeln, Verordnen und lasches Durchsetzen aller erforderlichen Notwendigkeiten, um der Corona-Seuche zu begegnen und sie soweit zum Ver-schwinden zu bringen, dass sie für die Menschen keine akute Bedrohung mehr ist. Wenn man allein dem Schwachsinn bedenkt, der im Bundeshaus beschlossen wurde, dass Sportartikelläden, wozu auch Skiverkaufsgeschäfte gehören, geschlossen bleiben müssen, jedoch die Skipisten offenbleiben und das Skifahren erlaubt ist, weil dabei weniger Ansteckungsgefahr bestehen soll, dann ist dies wohl mehr als nur hirnrissig unbedacht und verantwortungslos. Wenn man sieht, wie z.B. bei den Skiliften 4 Personen nebeneinander und teils ohne Masken auf die Berge hochgefahren werden, wie das im Fernsehen zu beobachten war, dann fragt sich, inwieweit die Personen, die diesen Schwachsinn gutheissen und noch behaupten, dass beim Skifahren weniger Ansteckungsgefahr bestehe als in einem Skiverkaufsshop, dann muss man sich schon fragen, inwieweit bei solchen Personen, die einen derartigen Stuss rauslassen und anordnen, das Intelligentum, die Sachbeurteilungsfähigkeit und das Verantwortungsbewusstsein entwickelt sind. Meines Erachtens ist davon nichts und eben alles unter null ... |
Billy ... – – You used an interesting term for those in government: state functionaries. I will remember this expression. But just as ‘to each his own’ is true, so is ‘each to his own verbal expressions’. But you are asking something of me, Quetzal, which I cannot assess, because I do not know the ones in government of Switzerland personally, therefore I can neither assess their personality nor their character nor their intelligentum. That which I can judge, however, is their acting, decreeing and laxly enforcing – which is lousy, dumm and thus thoughtless, childish, incompetent – of all the required necessities in order to counter the rampantly spreading corona disease and make it disappear to such an extent that it is no longer an acute threat to the human beings. If one considers the imbecility alone, which was decided in the Federal Palace, that sporting goods shops, including ski shops, must remain closed, but the ski slopes remain open and skiing is allowed because there is supposed to be less risk of infection, then this is more than just crazily thoughtless and irresponsible. When one sees, for example, how 4 persons are taken up the mountains side by side on the ski lifts, sometimes without masks, as was observed on television, then one has to ask oneself regarding the persons who approve of this imbecility and still claim that there is less danger of infection when skiing than there is in a ski shop, to what extent the intelligentum, the ability to make factual judgements and the sense of responsibility are developed in those persons who utter and order such baloney. In my opinion, there is nothing of it and everything is just below zero ...

Billy Aber im grossen und ganzen ist das leider doch so, dass solche Leute in den Regierungen sind, weil das Gros der Völker dies in Ermangelung einer eigenen wertigen Allgemeinbildung, fehlender psychologischer Kenntnisse und mancherlei anderer Kenntnismängel toleriert, sich jedoch auch nicht getraut, dagegen in vernünftigem Rahmen aufzubegehren und die Fakten beim Namen zu nennen. Daher kommt es unter anderem auch dazu, dass wahrhaft selten Dumme, also Nichtdenkende – weil ja Dummheit ein Nichtdenken bedeutet, was nichts mit Blödheit oder sonstigem Bewusstseinsschaden zu tun hat, was irrtümlich infolge Unkenntnis als ‹geisteskrank› bezeichnet wird – auf die Strasse gehen und durch Demonstrationen Terror veranstalten und Zerstörungen anrichten. Von Verstand und Vernunft ist dabei kein einziges My bei irgendeiner einzigen Demonstrationsperson zu finden, sondern nur blinder Glaubenswahn in bezug auf die Demonstrationsurheber und hirnloses Mitläufertum. |

Billy Das wird wohl so sein, denn Dummheit kennt keine Grenzen, denn von Dummen wird niemals begriffen, dass ich weder ihre Person noch sie als Mensch angreife, sondern einzig und allein nur das beanstande, aufzeige und eben attackiere, was sie falsch denken, was sie Falsches tun und was sie überhaupt an falschen Verhaltensweisen an den Tag legen, was gegen die menschliche Ehre und Würde und damit gegen die Ethik ist. Und diesbezüglich entsprechen alle Ausartungen denselben moralischen Unwerten, denn alle koexistierenden Moralen, egal ob sie besserwisserisch, verschwörungstheoretisch, sektiererisch, finanziell, religiös, politisch, militärisch, regierungsbedingt, gerecht oder ungerecht usw. sind, können in gesundem, richtigem gerechtem Rahmen ausnahmslos nur gleich sein, denn grundsätzlich gibt es nur eine Ethik. Diese ist in ihrem Wert so oder so immer gleichbleibend, und die hohen Werte und Grundlagen sind in 1. Linie vorgegeben für einen guten, sauberen und ehrlichen Umgang mit sich selbst; 2. fällt diesbezüglich der Umgang mit dem einzelnen Mitmenschen ins Gewicht, und 3. ist der Umgang mit der menschlichen Gesellschaft zu nennen, wobei bei allen 3 Umgangsformen ein freies, gepflegtes, respektvolles, ehrliches, gerechtes und rücksichtsvolles Miteinander gewährleistet sein soll. Doch die Ethik steht auch in einer 4., 5., 6. und 7. Form an, nämlich 4. das Leben selbst, das in keiner Art und Weise jemals geharmt werden soll, und 5. der Planet, der niemals irgendwie nachteilig geschändet werden soll, und 6. die Ökosysteme, die niemals in ihrer Funktion beeinträchtigt werden sollen, und 7. die Natur und ihre gesamte Fauna und Flora, die gepflegt und niemals in ihrer Art und Weise in ihrem Gedeihen und Leben beeinträchtigt werden, sondern gesamthaft allen in Ehre und Würde ein freies, respektvolles sowie ein rücksichtsvolles Hegen und Pflegen gewährleistet sein soll. |

But the ethics are also present in a 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th form; namely, the fourth being life itself, which shall never be harmed in any form, and fifth, the planet, which shall never be adversely defiled in any form, and sixth, the ecosystems, which shall never be impaired in their function, and seventh, nature and all its entire fauna and flora, which shall be cared for and never impaired in any form in its flourishing and life, rather collectively all of it shall – in honour and dignity – be guaranteed a free, respectful and considerate nourishing and cherishing. |
In diesem Gesamtsinn ist die Ethik eine Voraussetzung und Bewertung des richtigen und schöpfungsbedingten menschlichen Handelns und seiner gerechten Verhaltensweisen gegenüber sich selbst, seinen Mitmenschen und allem Lebendigen. In this overall sense, ethics are a prerequisite and evaluation of the correct and creation-based actions of human beings and their fair conduct towards themselves, their fellow human beings and all life forms. Dann will ich noch das sagen, wovon ich abgeschweift bin: Weil eben allgemein die Leute in den Regierungen Menschen sind, die eigentlich nicht an solche Posten gesetzt gehören, während andere, die in der gleichen Regierung und in gleichen Positionen mitarbeiten, ihre Fähigkeiten und ihre guten Ideen, Überlegungen, Erkenntnisse und wertigen Entschlüsse nicht zur Geltung bringen können, weil diese von den Herrschenden in ihren Reihen einfach abgewürgt werden, da läuft leider vieles schief. Dadurch kommen in der Regel nur jene bei Beratungen und Debatten usw. mit Verordnungen und Handlungen usw. zum Zug, die sich verbalgewaltmässig und vorherrschend durchsetzen und die andern, die ihren Verstand und ihre Vernunft zu nutzen verstehen, ausser Kraft und auf Null setzen und ihnen eben das Wort abschneiden können. Dadurch kommen dann eben die für die Bevölkerungen horrenden Unsinnigkeiten und das Schadenbringende zum Beschluss und zur Geltung, anstatt das Gute, Richtige und Wertige. |

Therethrough, as a rule – during proceedings and debates and so forth, with ordinances and actions and so forth – only those get a chance who assert themselves by means of verbal Gewalt and dominance and who are able to override the others who know how to use their intellect and rationality, and put them back to zero and cut them off. Therethrough the horrendous nonsense and the damaging things for the populations come to a decision and come into effect instead of the good, right and valuable things. |
Siehst du, mein Freund, das ist leider die Wirklichkeit auf unserer guten alten Erde hinsichtlich der Regierungen, und das ist nicht nur so bei uns in der Schweiz, sondern weltweit in allen Ländern, in denen die Regierenden sich noch in die Angelegenheiten anderer einmischen, obwohl es sie weder selbst betrifft, noch sie etwas angeht und sie zudem genügend zu tun hätten, um im eigenen Land alles demokratie-, ordnungs-, freiheits- und volksgerecht zu regulieren und zurechtzurücken. Doch ungeachtet dieser Tatsache reklamieren insbesondere die Weststaaten andere Staaten, speziell Russland, für deren Handlungsweisen usw. an, und mischen sich in Dinge ein, die sie überhaupt nicht betreffen, wodurch sie zudem Feindschaft und böses Blut schaffen, wie das z.B. auch wieder getan wird hinsichtlich des kriminellen Nawalny, der aus Deutschland nach Moskau zurückgekehrt ist und eine Monatsstrafe verbüssen muss, weil er gegen eine bedingte Gefängnisstrafe verstossen hat. Und diesbezüglich wird es auch kommen, wie ich weiss, dass der Westen, insbesondere jene Regierenden von Deutschland und Frankreich, der EU-Diktaturzentrale in Brüssel, und den USA, die dumm-dreist genug sind, auch bezüglich der Nawalny-Demonstrationen Putin zu beharken und sich in die russischen Regierungs-, Sicherheits- und Gerichtsbeschlüsse einzumischen und vor allem Putin anzugreifen, obwohl Deutschland, Frankreich, die EU-Diktatur und die USA nicht in die Sache involviert sind, jedoch infolge Dummheit mit ihrem irren Tun eine Involvierung provozieren werden. Und wenn ich den Mann Nawalny betrachte und ihn zu analysieren suche anhand seiner Physiognomie und seinen Äusserungen, dann ergibt sich ein erschreckendes Charakterbild, das verteufelt dem des Ex-US-Präsidenten Trampel-Tramp-Trump gleicht. Auch sein ganzes Benehmen ist praktisch dasselbe wie bei Trump, zudem lässt sein Gesichtsausdruck und auch das darin für ungeübte Aussenstehende nicht Sichtbare eine tiefgründige Bösartigkeit und Falschheit erkennen, die er nutzt, um – wie Trampel-Tramp-Trump das getan hat und weiterhin sucht zu tun – die ihm anhängenden Massen der dummen Bevölkerungsteile gegen Putin aufzuhetzen. Diesen will er infolge seiner Machtgier stürzen und selbst das Ruder in Russland übernehmen. Und das Aufhetzen seiner dummen Anhänger erfolgt auch aus dem Knast heraus, in dem er einsitzt, doch wie ihm das möglich ist, das kann ich nicht nachvollziehen, denn üblicherweise können doch Gefängnisinsassen nicht in dieser Weise nach aussen einfach gewisse Bevölkerungsteile beeinflussen. |
You see, my friend, this is unfortunately the reality on our good old Earth with regard to governments, and this is not only the case with us here in Switzerland, but worldwide in all countries where the governors still interfere in the affairs of others, although it neither concerns themselves nor is it any of their business and, moreover, they would have enough to do to regulate and set everything right in their own country with regard to democracy, order, freedom and the people. But regardless of this fact, especially the Western states complain about other states, especially Russia, with regard to their modes of action and so forth, and interfere in things that do not concern them at all, wherethrough they also create enmity and bad blood, as is being done again, for example, with regard to the criminal Navalny, who returned to Moscow from Germany and has to serve a month's sentence because he violated a conditional prison sentence. And in this respect it will also come to pass, as I know, that the West, in particular those rulers of Germany and France, the EU dictatorship headquarters in Brussels, and the USA, who are dumm and brazen enough to harass Putin also with regard to the Nawalny demonstrations and to interfere in the Russian governmental, security and judicial decisions and above all to attack Putin, although Germany, France, the EU dictatorship and the USA are not involved in the matter, however, will provoke involvement due to their Dummheit and irrational actions. And when I observe and consider the man Nawalny and try to analyse him on the basis of his physiognomy and his statements, then a frightening character picture emerges that is devilishly similar to that of the ex-US president Trample Tramp Trump. Also, his whole demeanour is practically the same as Trump's, moreover, his facial expressions and also that which is not visible in them to untrained outsiders, reveal a profound malice and falseness which he uses – as Trample-Tramp-Trump has done and seeks to continue to do – to incite the masses of the sections of the population that are dumm and follow him, against Putin. He wants to overthrow Putin because of his greed for might and take over the helm in Russia himself. And the incitement of his dumm followers also takes place from the slammer, where he is imprisoned; but how he is able to do that, I cannot understand, because usually prison inmates cannot simply influence certain parts of the population from inside in this form. |
Tatsache ist, dass es in der Regel immer westliche Staaten sind, die sich in die Belange der östlichen Staaten einmischen und Forderungen an diese stellen, wobei insbesondere Russland seit alters her für die Weststaaten das beliebteste und meist angeprangerte und angegriffene und auch mit Sanktionen drangsalierte Land ist. Und gerade diesbezüglich, eben hinsichtlich der Sanktionen, die besonders von den USA, der EU-Diktatur und Deutschland gegen Russland verhängt werden, finde ich das Handeln von Putin gut, dass er nämlich auf diese angriffigen Lächerlichkeiten ebenso überhaupt nicht reagiert, wie er das auch in bezug auf die Lügen von Nawalny macht, dass der Riesenpalast im Norden des Landes Putin gehöre, der jedoch in Wirklichkeit das Eigentum eines russischen Oligarchen ist. Aber natürlich ist es so wie immer, dass die dumm-dreisten Anhänger von Nawalny dessen sie indoktrinierende Lügen blindlings glauben und diese nicht hinterfragen. Doch um diese Angriffigkeiten zu unterlassen, derart weit reicht das Intelligentum der westlichen Regierenden und Politiker in ihrer überbordenden Selbstherrlichkeit und ihrem Bessersein-Wollen leider nicht. Folglich sind sie in dieser Beziehung bohnenstrohdumm, weil sie eben bezüglich einer Sache nicht zu denken und nicht zu überlegen vermögen, was ja seit alters her eben Dummsein und Dummheit bedeutet. Daher vermögen sie nur, um ihren Schein zu wahren, grosse und dumme Sprüche zu klopfen, sich zu meinen und im Wahn zu leben, gescheit zu sein und dass sie ihre Möchtegern-Weisheit mit Schaufelbaggern gefuttert hätten. Das jedenfalls ist für mich bei jenen klar ersichtlich, hörbar sowie am Gesicht abzulesen, die im Fernsehen sich wichtig aufspielen und sich als Wissende und Verantwortliche zu geben suchen, was aber nicht nur grotesk aussieht, sondern effectiv lächerlich wirkt bei beiderlei Geschlecht. Das aber trifft nicht nur auf die Regierenden, sondern auch auf diverse Virologen und sonstige ‹Fachleute› zu, und zwar nicht nur in der Schweiz, sondern weltweit beim Gros aller Regierenden und Virologen usw. |
The fact is that, as a rule, it is always the Western countries that interfere in the concerns of the Eastern states and make demands on them, whereby Russia in particular is the most popular and most denounced and attacked country and also harassed with sanctions by Western countries since time immemorial. But, the intelligentum of Western governors and politicians in their excessive self-importance and their desire to be better unfortunately does not extend so far as to refrain from these attacks.
